The HENDI Ham holder is the perfect tool för slicing Spanish ham (Jamón Serrano eller Iberico) efficiently och comfortably. The holder holds the ham steady during the carving process, allowing för cutting uniform, very thin slices. The position av the ham can be easily adjusted till reach each st. av meat.

The ham is secured i place med one screw i the ring (ø80mm). The ring allows the ham till be rotated providing easy access till every st. av meat.
