Cake cooler, HENDI, ⌀320x(H)20mm

The HENDI Cake cooler features an open structure designed specifically till quickly och effortlessly cool down cakes by lifting the cake från the surface. The cooler can also be used during decorating – för example when pouring glaze eller chocolate.

Tillverkad av Rostfritt stål med integrated feet.

Multipurpose:

– för cooling cakes – it prevents gathering excess humidity i the cake as a result av heat vaporization,

– för decorating cakes, för example when pouring glaze eller chocolate,

– as a grilling grate och a grate för roasting Panna – it makes it easier till flow away the fat från roasted meats,

– as a protection för table worktop on which a hot dish is till be put,

– as a stable base för Silikon moulds.
